Scope of Service & Access

Citrus Carpet and Tile Cleaning agrees to provide professional floor care, carpet, and/or tile cleaning services as detailed in your service estimate. The customer agrees to provide technicians with access to the property, running water, and electricity required to operate our equipment.

Pricing, Estimates, & Minimum Fees

Verbal or online estimates are preliminary approximations based on standard room sizes. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. We enforce a minimum service fee per visit, regardless of whether the actual cleaning total falls below this amount.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of services on the day of the appointment. We accept cash, credit card, check, and Zelle. Commercial clients may request pre-approved net terms, subject to a written agreement prior to the booking date.

Room Preparation & Moving Furniture

Customers are requested to remove small items, toys, breakables, and electronics from the rooms being cleaned. Technicians will not move large, fragile, or heavy items (e.g., pianos, full china cabinets, large beds, entertainment centers) unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Citrus Carpet and Tile Cleaning is not liable for damage to items moved by our team or left in the work area.

Pre-Existing Conditions, Stains, & Grout Variations

  • Carpet:We do not guarantee the complete removal of permanent stains (e.g., bleach, dye, specific pet urine stains, or filtration lines).
  • Tile & Grout:Grout lines vary in depth, age, and wear. We cannot guarantee 100% uniformity in grout color after cleaning. Loose, cracked, or missing grout may dislodge during high-pressure cleaning; Citrus Carpet and Tile Cleaning is not responsible for repairing pre-existing structural grout or tile defects.

Drying Times & Post-Care Liability

Normal carpet drying times range from 4 to 24 hours depending on ventilation and humidity. Walking on damp surfaces creates a severe slip-and-fall hazard, especially when transitioning from wet carpet to hard tile surfaces. The customer assumes all liability for slip-and-fall injuries that occur while floors are drying.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment window are subject to a cancellation fee of $99.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maximum aggregate liability of Citrus Carpet and Tile Cleaning for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service visit.
