William was awesome!! He was very professional, arrived early, and he was a people person. My family enjoyed him while he was here. Our carpets are amazing. We have dogs and kids. The high traffic areas look like they don’t live here anymore. The floors weren’t soaking wet when he was finished. Nice fresh scent. I have no complaints. We will be having them clean our tile.
